The Michelin 24H Series will visit the Nürburgring for the first time as part of a five-round 2026 European calendar, with the German venue joining the schedule in place of Misano.
The inaugural Michelin 12H Nürburgring is set to take place on July 3-5, as confirmed by the release of the European schedule ahead of last weekend’s Barcelona season finale.
The Nürburgring which also hosts GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup on the Grand Prix layout, replaces Misano as the Italian circuit disappears off the calendar after two years.
The remainder of the European schedule features few changes, with Mugello, Spa-Francorchamps, Paul Ricard and Barcelona all retained.
The 12H Paul Ricard has moved up from July to June, while the series will notably not have a round in May next year.
Meanwhile, the Barcelona season finale has been moved forward by a week compared to its previous date.
The five-round European schedule is complimented by Creventic’s traditional double header in the United Arab Emirates in January, which next year will feature a notable change as the 6H Abu Dhabi is now held before the 24H Dubai.
As a result, the latter now takes place on Jan. 16-18, creating a clash with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s Roar Before the Rolex 24.
