Porsche maintained its unbeaten streak of race wins in NLS as Manthey EMA beat Mercedes-AMG Team GetSpeed and Falken Motorsports in the Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy.

The No. 911 Porsche 911 GT3 R, driven by Ayhancan Guven and Thomas Preining, took victory by a margin of 11.163 seconds over the No. 14 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo of Maro Engel, Fabian Schiller and Luca Stolz.

It marked Porsche’s third NLS triumph in as many races, although the Manthey squad brought an end to Falken Motorsports’ unbeaten streak after the Schnabl Engineering-run team had won both of the first two rounds.

Instead, the team finished third and fourth, with the No. 3 Porsche of Sven Mueller and Morris Schuring completing the podium ahead of the No. 4 sister car driven by Tim Heinemann and Dennis Marschall.

The contest saw a multi-marque battle as the Porsches and the No. 14 Mercedes-AMG scrapped with the No. 15 Scherer Sport PHX Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II of Luca Ludwig and Christopher Haase, only for the latter to capitulate with a puncture.

Eventually, the No. 911 Porsche emerged after the final round of pitstops with a lead of over twelve seconds over the No. 14 Mercedes-AMG and converted that to victory.

David Pittard and Nicki Thiim finished fifth in the No. 35 Walkenhorst Motorsport Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo, ahead of the Scherer Sport PHX Porsche driven by Ricardo Feller and Patric Niederhauser.

Bastian Buus, Loek Hartog and Joel Sturm captured seventh for Dinamic GT, while Doerr Motorsport picked up the SP9 Pro-Am class victory in eighth overall with its No. 69 McLaren 720S GT3 Evo driven by Ben and Phil Doerr.
