Pirelli World Challenge will add a third GT/GTA race to its weekend schedule at Road America later this month, June 26-28, to make up the canceled second race in Detroit.

The rescheduled Round 11 will take place on Friday, June 26.

Round 11 was originally scheduled for this past Sunday, May 31 at Detroit’s Belle Isle, but the race was canceled due to inclement weather and reduced track visibility and the overall focus on the safety of series drivers, teams and Detroit Grand Prix course workers.

The race comes during what is already a double-header sports car weekend, with World Challenge racing in Elkhart Lake, Wis. and the TUDOR Championship racing at Watkins Glen International.
