Klaus Bachler will replace Dorian Boccolacci in Schumacher CLRT’s GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup lineup, the team has confirmed.

Bachler, the reigning LMGT3 champion in the FIA World Endurance Championship, will share the No. 22 Porsche 911 GT3 R with the returning pairing of Ayhancan Guven and Laurin Heinrich.

Both Bachler and Heinrich will combine their GTWC Europe program with their full season commitments with AO Racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

The WeatherTech Championship calendar is set to clash with the GTWC Europe schedule on two occasions, with the three-hour round at Monza falling on the same weekend as the Detroit Grand Prix.

More notably, the season finales for both championships clash, with both Motul Petit Le Mans and the 3 Hours of Barcelona set to be held on October 10-12.

The Endurance Cup season kicks off at Paul Ricard on April 11-13, with a Prologue held on March 10-11.
