Emil Frey Racing has finalized its nine-driver lineup for the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup season with the signing of former Garage 59 Aston Martin driver Tuoma Tujula.

The Finnish racer will slot into the No. 14 Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo, which is competing in the Silver Cup class.

He will team up with Konsta Lappalainen and Stuart White, who were named on Monday when Emil Frey revealed the majority of its 2022 driving squad.

Tujala is set for his debut with the Swiss team but has raced Super Trofeo and GT3-spec Lamborghinis in the past with Vincenzo Sospiri Racing.

Last year he signed with Garage 59 to drive one of the British squad’s Aston Martin Vantage GT3s in the GTWC Europe Endurance and Sprint Cups.

“To be a part of a team like Emil Frey Racing is something I’ve worked for my whole career so far,” said Tujula.

“I can’t wait to hit the track and show what we are capable of with the team.”

The completion of Emil Frey Racing’s lineup for the GTWC Europe Endurance Cup season comes shortly before the new season kicks off with official testing at Paul Ricard on Monday and Tuesday next week.
