Zolder will host the opening round of the 2018 Blancpain GT Series, although the majority of the schedule remaining unchanged, SRO Motorsports Group confirmed on Friday during its annual press conference at Spa.

The Belgian circuit will host a Sprint Cup round on April 7-8, replacing Misano in the schedule, which has been moved to June 23-24.

Monza remains the opening Endurance Cup race on April 21-22, although the Silverstone round, scheduled for May 12-13, clashes with the Nürburgring 24.

The Paul Ricard 1000km race, which has been moved to the beginning of June after the French Formula One Grand Prix took over its slot, has also resulted in a clash, but with the 24 Hours of Le Mans test day on the same weekend.

The Total 24 Hours of Spa keeps its tradition slot at the end of July and will again serve as a round of the Intercontinental GT Challenge.
