Super GT team Modulo Drago CORSE is the first competitor to enter a Honda NSX GT3 in August’s Suzuka 10 Hours.
Hiroki Otsu and team owner Ryo Michigami will be joined by a third driver in the car, the first of its type confirmed for the inaugural running of the Japanese race.
The team will also run the car in the GT300 class of the Super GT series.
It comes as an increased presence for the Honda GT3 is expected both in Europe and Asia this season, after already having considerable success badged as the Acura NSX GT3 in the U.S.
Team Honda Racing recently announced it would run two of the cars in ADAC GT Masters.
