Macau has been confirmed as the venue of the FIA GT World Cup for a seventh edition, set for Nov. 12-17 as part of the Macau Grand Prix.

Confirmed in Wednesday’s FIA World Motor Sport Council meeting, the format of GT3 sprint race on legendary Guia Circuit will remain unchanged from last year’s edition, which was won by Mercedes-AMG’s Raffaele Marciello.

It will again be comprised of two 30-minute practice sessions followed by a single qualifying of the same duration.

The races will be held across two heats, with a 12-lap qualifying race followed by a 16-lap title-deciding main race.

For the second year, the FIA GT World Cup will use fully sustainable fuel supplied by ETS Racing Fuels.
