Chouest Povoledo Switches to Corvette

Chouest Povoledo Racing will make the switch from Mercedes-AMG to Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.Rs in SRO America competition, having confirmed entries for both GT World Challenge America powered by AWS and GT America powered by AWS.

The Louisiana-based team will embark on its second season in SRO America GT3 racing with the returning driver pairing of Ross Chouest and Aaron Povoledo in the Pro-Am ranks of GT World Challenge America.

Additionally, Chouest will also contest the single-driver GT America series with a separate Corvette chassis.

Chouest Povoledo becomes the second customer team to commit to GT World Challenge America, following DXDT Racing, which is expected to field a single Pro-Am car in the season, which kicks off next weekend at Sonoma Raceway.
