Frederic Vervisch, Christopher Mies and Dennis Olsen will form Proton Competition’s driver lineup for its Ford Mustang GT3 entry in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup season opener at Paul Ricard.

Confirmed as part of a 55-car entry list for the event released on Thursday, the three Ford factory drivers will pilot the No. 64 car in the three-hour curtain raiser at the French circuit.

It is confirmation that the Blue Oval’s three-man lineup, which was originally supposed to race for Dinamic GT before the split between the two parties, will be carried over to drive for the Christian Ried-led team instead.

Ford Performance global sports car manager Kevin Groot previously told Sportscar365 ‘not to expect any surprises’ in regards to Proton’s lineup.

Dinamic, meanwhile, has confirmed the lineups for its two-car Porsche effort, which it confirmed after parting ways with Ford.

Aboard the No. 54 Porsche 911 GT3 R, entered into Bronze Cup, Philipp Sager will drive alongside Marvin Dienst and Guilherme de Oliveira.

Its Silver Cup entry, meanwhile, will be shared between Christopher Zoechling, Joe Rappange and Marius Nakken.

Elsewhere, five lineups for the event are still to be fully confirmed, with no drivers yet named for the No. 11 Comtoyou Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo.

Comtoyou’s remaining lineups consist of Nicolas Baert, Sebastian Ogaard and Finlay Hutchison in the No. 12 machine and Matisse Lismont, Sam Dejonghe and Charles Clark in the No. 21 car.

Similarly, Tresor Attempto Racing is yet to name any drivers for its Bronze Cup-entered No. 33 Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II.

However, it has enlisted Ricardo Feller, Christopher Haase and Alex Aka to pilot its No. 99 machine in the Pro category.

Sainteloc Racing has not confirmed the lineup for its No. 26 Audi, while Paul Evrard, Gilles Magnus and Jim Pla will pilot the sister No. 25 machine.

Finally, German squad Lionspeed GP is still to name the third driver for its No. 13 Porsche 911 GT3 R, with team co-founder Patrick Kolb teaming up with reigning Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup champion Bastian Buus.

The same goes for Madpanda Motorsport, with the identity of Ezequiel Perez Companc and Patrick Assenheimer’s co-driver yet to be revealed.

Kessel Racing has opted for an all-British lineup aboard its second Ferrari 296 GT3, consisting of John Hartsthorne, Ben Tuck and Matt Bell.

Reigning Nürburgring 24 winner Felipe Fernandez Laser, meanwhile, will team up with Christian Hook and David Perel at Rinaldi Racing while FIA World Endurance Championship LMGT3 racer Morris Schuring joins Herberth Motorsport in Bronze Cup.

Alex Malykhin, Joel Sturm and Klaus Bachler, who took the LMGT3 class win in the Qatar season opener, will pilot the No. 911 Pure Rxcing Porsche. The car has been entered into Pro, despite Malykhin’s status as a Bronze driver.
