***A number of WEC teams wrapped up additional testing at Paul Ricard on Tuesday. Audi, Toyota, Tequila Patron ESM, Ford and Proton Competition were among the teams to have taken advantage of additional running time at the French circuit. Porsche, meanwhile, tested at Spa-Francorchamps with its updated 919 Hybrid.

***Jesse Krohn will contest a full season in the ADAC GT Masters. The 2014 BMW Motorsport Junior of the Year will share his Schubert Motorsport BMW M6 GT3 with last year’s Junior Louis Delétraz in four events, while BMW works drivers will support him in the three other rounds. Martin Tomczyk will join Krohn at the opening round at Oschersleben.

***Mikaela Ahlin-Kottulinsky will race in the GT Masters this season. She will join Audi Sport factory driver Marco Bonanomi in an Audi R8 LMS, entered by series newcomers Aust Motorsport. Ahlin-Kottulinsky, who is dating Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 driver Max Verstappen, competed in the Audi Sport TT Cup in 2015.

***Grasser Racing Team revealed the names of the four drivers for their two-car GT Masters effort. Six-time race winner Christian Engelhart will share the cockpit of the first Lamborghini Huracán GT3 with Rolf Ineichen. Luca Stolz and Gerhard Tweraser will race together in the team’s second car.

***Car Collection Motorsport presented its GT Masters lineup at Audi Amsterdam on Saturday. Christiaan Frankenhout will share the No. 33 Audi R8 LMS with Christopher Haase, while Isaac Tutumlu will be joined by South African driver Kelvin van der Linde, the 2014 ADAC GT Masters champion.

***Garage 59 confirmed it will enter two cars in the International GT Open series this season. The team confirmed former Bentley Boy Duncan Tappy and Michael Benham will share the cockpit of one of the team’s McLaren 650S GT3s, while Swedish driver Alexander West will race the second car. West’s teammate will be announced in the coming weeks.

***Orange1 Team Lazarus is set to race in the GT Open series with a pair of Lamborghini Huracán GT3 cars. The Italian team, which ran in the GP2 Series between 2012 and 2015, decided to focus on GT racing this season. Driver lineups will be revealed at a later date.

***Freddy Rousselle, the second member of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Drivers Hall of Fame, the oldest Belgian to have taken part in the event, passed away on Friday at the age of 89.

***SRO Motorsports Group has announced that at least 23 entries are expected to take part in the opening round of the GT4 European Series season at Monza, April 22-24. Eight KTMs X-BOW GT4 are set to race in Italy, as part of the Reiter Young Stars program. The Reiter Young Stars champion will race in the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup in 2017.

***Following two test days at Fuji Speedway, the Super GT teams are ready for the season opener at Okayama International Circuit. A total of 45 cars are set to race at Okayama this weekend, 15 in the GT500 class and 30 in the GT300 class. In testing the top three in GT500 was separated by just six thousandths of a second.

***A total of 17 cars are set to take part in the new CAMS Australian GT Trophy Series, which debuts this weekend at Sandown. The all-new Series builds on the strong growth of Australian GT, providing Trophy, Challenge and Sports class cars a standalone competition for the first time.

***Team Duqueine Engineering won both races of the French GT / Prototypes championship at Nogaro with its Ligier JS P3. Only nine cars were entered for the opening weekend, with eight cars starting both races. Ferrari driver Sacha Bottemanne survived a massive shunt during the first race on Easter Sunday.
